Draft wording, pending review by HeHe's attorney. Last updated August 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, used to sign you in with a link instead of a password. Your onboarding answers, such as due date, birth location, and whether this is your first baby. The decisions and reflections you save during scenarios. Contraction timer entries you record. Your Birth Confidence score and the unlocks you earn.

If you join the waitlist, we store the email address and optional due date you give us there.

Why we collect it

To run the program: to show you the right moment at the right time, to save your place, to compute your score, and to keep your Birth Bag and passport across the three days and afterward.

To improve the program in aggregate. When we look at what a cohort chose, we look at counts, not people.

Who can see it

You can see everything you entered. HeHe and the Labor Live team can see individual entries only when needed to support you or to fix a problem. Other participants never see your decisions, reflections, timer data, or score.

Community percentages inside a scenario are aggregate only, and are shown only after enough people in the cohort have answered that they cannot be traced back to one person.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. We use service providers to host the app and database, send email, and process payment; they handle data on our instructions only.

No third-party advertising or analytics trackers run on this site at this time. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.

Your information is not a medical record

Labor Live is education, not care, so what you enter here is not part of your medical record and is not shared with your provider. If you want your provider to know something, tell them directly.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your account and entries so you can return to them after your cohort. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your entries and account details, keeping only what we must for payment records.

Requests and questions: info@thedigitldoula.com.

Labor Live is birth education, not medical care. Nothing here is medical advice, and it never replaces your provider. If something feels wrong, call them.
