Terms & full disclaimer

Draft wording, pending review by HeHe's attorney. Last updated August 2026.

The short version

Labor Live is birth education. It is not medical care, it does not know anything about your pregnancy, your history, or your baby, and it can never tell you whether you are in labor or what you should do. Your provider decides your care. If something feels wrong, call them or go in — never wait because of anything you read or any number you see here.

Not medical advice

All content in Labor Live — scenarios, evidence sections, debriefs, live calls, the contraction timer, the "when do I leave?" tool, the Birth Bag, and your Birth Confidence score — is general educational information for a general audience. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinician-patient relationship is created by using it.

The tools only reflect what you enter. They cannot assess you, your labor, or your baby. Nothing here is monitoring you, and nobody is watching your entries in real time.

If your provider has given you instructions that differ from anything in Labor Live, follow your provider. In an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest labor and delivery unit.

What the program is

Labor Live is a three-day simulated labor delivered to your phone. Scenarios arrive on a schedule in Eastern time. You read the situation, choose what you would do, and then see teaching about that choice along with what other participants chose.

The scenarios are composites written for education. They are not any real person's labor, and choices in the simulation carry no medical meaning outside it. Scores, stamps, and unlocks are learning feedback, not any assessment of your readiness, health, or risk.

Access and eligibility

Access is personal to you and to the partner you bring into your account. Please don't share your sign-in link, resell access, or republish the content. You must be 18 or older to enroll.

Access runs for the cohort you enrolled in, plus continued access to your own saved decisions and Birth Bag afterward. Live elements — debriefs and the VIP call — happen at scheduled times and are not guaranteed to be repeated.

Payment and refunds

Enrollment and billing are handled by our checkout provider, not on this site. Because the entire program is delivered live over three days, refunds are handled case by case before the cohort begins; once a cohort has started, the content has been delivered.

If something went wrong with your access, email us and we will make it right.

Your information

We store the account details, onboarding answers, decisions, reflections, and timer entries you enter, so the program can respond to you and so your progress is there when you come back. We use them to run the program and, in aggregate and de-identified form, to improve it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share individual entries publicly. Community percentages are aggregate only and are shown only once enough people have answered. See the privacy page for the full detail.

Limits and liability

Labor Live is provided as-is. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, or applicable to your situation, and clinical practice varies by provider and hospital. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labor Live and The Digitl Doula are not liable for any decision made, or care received or not received, based on the program.

By enrolling, you agree that you are responsible for your own care decisions and for involving your provider in them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Questions about these terms, your access, or your data: info@thedigitldoula.com.

Labor Live is birth education, not medical care. Nothing here is medical advice, and it never replaces your provider. If something feels wrong, call them.
